new addiction, anyone? anyone?

Okay, I think I am officially addicted to LJ now. Five posts yesterday, and this is the third today...and it's only 10 a.m. (Yeah, some are private posts, so you'll just have to believe me and deal with it. ;)

of course you can friend me! :) Glad to know I seem interesting, at least. I'm really horribly boring -- I just put on a good show. ;)

Besides, I think we're somewhat related via Kit... didn't you inspire a character in her comic Mosquito Creek?

*blink* I don't know. O_O If I did, I should very much like to see this character. I don't know how inspiring I'd be. Overly talkative, yes. Inspiring?

I may be remembering wrong, but... I remember Natalie (Natalie Hahn) and Beth (Beth Hunt), but I was thinking you were in there somewhere too... I'm getting forgetful in my old age. ;) (*shh* don't let Kit hear me saying that, though. She's 3 months older. ;))

Well, if I was wrong, it won't be the first time. ;)

HA. Okay. If Beth was "in" it, then likely I was around there someplace as well. In high school, Beth & I were rarely apart. Oh, that's funny. Now I would REALLY like to read this comic!

well, she had it for a while, but it's back in development. It's not completely un-slated, but it's taking a bit of a backseat to Blue Canary.

So, is Beth the "other half of your brain"?

[identity profile] hillarygayle.livejournal.com 2005-07-21 02:32 pm (UTC)(link)
No, no. The Other Half of My Brain is Q Hazlewood. I wasn't exactly..."me"...in high school. I met Q when we were juniors, and we went to Harding University together. Roomed together until I got married, and remain in daily contact every single day. She's been my best friend for so long that we actually count anniversaries: next July will be our 10th anniversary as co-owners of The Brain.

hehe, just wondering. I wasn't exactly 'me' in high school either, although I don't think I could tell you who I was then. Mostly just who I wasn't.

Eh, we have all grown up (at least grown different) in the last 10 or so years.
