jocelyncee... I remember something *else* I'm supposed to do. Today it's a microteaching session to fulfill my GTA orientation requirements. I wish I'd had time to do some other session, but I suppose this is really what I needed to do. I'm still a bit camera shy, and definitely too self-critical. This will be good practice for when we do this in Carmen's class.
We were to prepare a 10-15 teaching session in our respective areas (assumedly), we'll be recorded and then we'll watch and critique each others' "performances".
Good thing I pretty much know what I'm doing for this. I'll make a little handout today at school during my office hour (what I would have had on a overhead if I'd remembered in time). That should do it.
Other than that, it's pretty much what Carmen did for us in the GTA training sessions, except in German instead of Persian.
I just wish I'd thought of that before last night. I still needed some time off, and watching the movie (Schultze gets the blues) with Joel was a good thing.
I also forgot to send Julia the file with the revised newspaper articles for the Kulturprojekt yesterday. :( I thought I had before I left school. So it gets to her today, when she probably has no time to do it. I owe her big time.
Well, I'd better get hopping. I have a bus to catch.
