I saw that just after I posted that comment, via your screenshots. :) Looks like you're running Tiger... I'm still running Panther, and iTunes 4.9... that might make a difference.

okay... hrm. I've never seen that OS, so it was only a guess. How do you get iTunes to list the Artists, then? I looked around and didn't find anything, but I may not have been looking in the right places.
